Morgan’s classes are a combination of Vinyasa and Yin.
Vinyasa / Flow
The term Vinyasa is derived from nyasa, meaning “to place,” and vi, meaning “in a special way.” It is a yoga practice where you will move with your breath. Each sequence and class is unique. You will discover strength and flexibility and work your whole body, great for all levels. This class is an active yoga class where you will build heat. You will leave feeling energized, ready for your day.
Yin / Gentle Yoga
Yin Yoga offers the perfect counterbalance to dynamic forms of exercise and yoga practices. A space to unwind and release tension in both body and mind. These classes have been designed to leave you feeling refreshed, revived and relaxed. Perfect for all levels and abilities and especially recommended the busy minded!
