Nat leads a diverse, ongoing weekly and monthly schedule of health and wellness classes. Her studio’s specialized services include:
  • Pilates & Spinal Flow: Includes specialized foam rolling and spinal flow sessions to restore mobility.
  • Outdoor & Beach Fitness: Hosts sunrise sessions, beach workouts, and stretch-and-swim sessions at City Beach.
  • Sound & Vibrations: Regularly collaborates with other practitioners (such as Julian Silburn from Sound Alchemy) to host immersive sound healing journeys.
  • Journals & Reflections: Shares regular reflections and blog posts centered on self-discovery and holistic mindfulness.
