Managing sports injuries requires a combination of understanding the specific complaints and injuries, implementing appropriate therapy and programming, and understanding the psychological impact of being injured or unable to perform at one’s best. At PPI, the therapists are athletes themselves, so they have a firsthand understanding of what it is like to be injured and the unique expectations that athletes may have. The facility at PPI is well-equipped with state-of-the-art assessment and therapy equipment, which allows the team to work with athletes to meet their individual needs and help them recover from injuries. By taking a comprehensive approach to sports injury management, PPI is able to help athletes return to their best performance and achieve their goals.
