It is important to maintain core stability in order to prevent injuries and improve performance. The core muscles play a crucial role in both stability and mobility of the body, and their activation is important for everyday activities as well as sports and exercise. A multifaceted prevention program that includes core stabilisation exercises has been shown to be effective in reducing extremity injury rates. At PPI, a comprehensive assessment is conducted to address the individual’s core muscle strength and functional demands for daily activities, exercise, and sports. Including a core stability program and exercises as part of a training regimen is important for overall health and success in sports and physical activities.
