Practise on your terms, in Perth’s western-suburbs performance hub

Peak Performance Institute is a modern, multidisciplinary allied health practice on Cambridge Street, West Leederville — minutes from the city and at the heart of Perth’s inner-western sporting community. We support recovery, performance and long-term health, and we’re always open to practitioners who want to do the same on their own terms.

If you’re a physiotherapist, podiatrist, chiropractor, psychologist, exercise physiologist or other allied health professional looking for genuine autonomy — without the isolation or overheads of setting up alone — we’d love to hear from you.

Your practice, your way

You bring your clinical skills and your own way of working; we provide the environment, infrastructure and referral network. Choose the arrangement that suits where you are in your career:

Subcontractor. Work under a percentage-based subcontractor agreement and plug straight into the practice — our administration, our patient base and our systems, with the flexibility of running your own caseload.

Flat room rental. Prefer complete independence? Rent a consulting room for a simple flat fee and run your practice entirely on your own terms. No percentages, no surprises — just a modern, fully equipped space and a front desk that greets your patients professionally.

Not sure which suits you? Many practitioners start one way and change as their caseload grows. We’ll talk it through with you.

Why practitioners choose PPI

A performance-minded patient community. From weekend runners to serious athletes to locals who just want to move well, West Leederville and the surrounding western suburbs bring an active, engaged caseload through the door.

Backed by 25+ years of practice. PPI is the sister practice of The Wellness Place in Bassendean, which has served its community for over 25 years — you get modern facilities with the systems, stability and know-how of an established allied health group behind you.

Interdisciplinary referrals. Work alongside experienced practitioners across multiple disciplines. When your patient needs another set of hands, the referral is a conversation down the hallway — and referrals flow back to you the same way.

Access to shockwave therapy. Offer radial shockwave therapy to your patients without the capital outlay of buying your own unit.

Modern amenities. Well-appointed, air-conditioned consulting rooms, a professional reception area, practitioner kitchen and amenities, and practice management systems that just work — so you can focus on patients, not logistics.

Room to grow. Start sessional, build to full-time. Scale your days up or down as your caseload changes.

Who we’re looking for

We welcome enquiries from AHPRA-registered (or association-registered) practitioners including:

  • Physiotherapists
  • Podiatrists
  • Chiropractors
  • Psychologists
  • Exercise physiologists
  • Other allied health professionals

Whether you’re newly graduated and want the support of an established team around you, or experienced and ready for more autonomy, there’s likely a place for you here.

Common questions

What’s the difference between subcontracting and room rental? As a subcontractor you work under a percentage-based agreement and use our admin, booking and billing systems — a lower-risk way to build a caseload. Room rental is a flat weekly or sessional fee: you keep 100% of your billings and run your own show, using our rooms and facilities.

What’s included with the room? A furnished, air-conditioned consulting room, reception presence during practice hours, waiting area, kitchen and staff amenities, and access to shared equipment including shockwave therapy (usage terms apply).

Can I work part-time or sessional? Yes. Many practitioners start with one or two sessions a week and grow from there.

Can I bring my existing patients? Absolutely. Your patients remain your patients — and you’ll likely pick up new ones through our internal referrals and local reputation.

Do I need my own insurance and registration? Yes — you’ll need current AHPRA (or relevant association) registration and your own professional indemnity insurance, as with any private practice arrangement.

How do I apply? Fill in the form below and attach your resume. We’ll be in touch for a confidential chat — no pressure, no obligation.
